“Master and Commander The Far Side of the World” Review

Directed by Peter Weir. With Russell Crowe, Paul Bettany, Billy Boyd, James D’Arcy. During the Napoleonic Wars, a brash British captain pushes his ship and crew to their limits in pursuit of a formidable French war vessel around South America.

I had somehow managed to completely miss this when it came out and only saw it today because I had literally nothing else to watch.

It’s a fine film, not up my alley, but still a fantastic story with amazing boat adventures.
