“The Legend of Zorro” Review

Directed by Martin Campbell. With Antonio Banderas, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Rufus Sewell, Alberto Reyes. Despite trying to keep his swashbuckling to a minimum, a threat to California’s pending statehood causes the adventure-loving Don Alejandro de la Vega and his wife, Elena, to take action.

I missed Anthony Hopkins, and the inclusion of a kid in the story somewhat made me groan, but there’s more than enough to love about this movie to make it all up to me.
