“Red Planet” Review

5 years ago tiki god
Red Planet (2000) | Amazon

Directed by Antony Hoffman. With Val Kilmer, Carrie-Anne Moss, Tom Sizemore, Benjamin Bratt. Astronauts, and their robotic dog AMEE (Autonomous Mapping Evaluation and Evasion), search for solutions to save a dying Earth by searching on Mars, only to have the mission go terribly awry.

Walks right up to the line of being cheesy science fiction but don’t go over it at all. I had forgotten how enjoyable this film was, it was released right after The Matrix and Carrie-Anne Moss was fresh in my mind.
