John Carpenter doing a John Carpenter film with music by John Carpenter and a script by John Carpenter. My one complaint is that I’m not a fan of John Carpenter’s music in the least bit, as he loved to do the same damn notes over and over and over, until my mind is literally bleeding from the repetition of it. The rest of the film is absolutely amazing with a story that’s weird but enjoyable in a way that only John Carpenter could do with a John Carpenter film.
