NECA has released a new photo for their upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1990 Movie – Foot Soldier 1/4 Scale Figure. In the new pic, they showcase the numerous items that will be included with the figure. These include three additional sets of interchangeable hands, a sword, a sai, a baton, nunchucks, and an axe.
